New Warning About Toxins in Lobster Tomalley
 Maine officials are advising consumers to avoid eating lobster tomalley after tests revealed high levels of toxins in some lobsters.   The Maine Center for Disease Control said Friday that lobster meat is perfectly safe but that people should not eat the tomalley _ a soft green substance found in the body of the lobster.

Game Times Set for UConn Football Sept. 6, Sept 13
Kickoff times for two more University of Connecticut football games have been announced.
The Saturday, September 6, game against Temple to be played at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia will begin at noon. And the following week, when the Huskies return to Rentschler Field, they'll host Virginia in a 7:30 p.m. game.
WTIC will carry all the UConn football action on WTIC NewsTalk 1080 and wtic.com.
Date Switched for UConn Football Game This Fall
The UConn football Huskies' fifth game of the fall football schedule has been changed. Instead of playing their game at Louisville on Saturday, September 27th, they'll play Friday night instead. The game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium will bethe fourth meeting of the two teams as Big East members. UConn defeated Louisville in a Friday night game last year, 21-17, at Rentschler Field.
UConn Announces Fall 2008 Football Schedule
The UConn Huskies play six home games at Rentschler field in their fall 2008 football schedule, plus four Big East road games and two out of conference road games.
The season starts at home, with UConn playing host to the Hofstra Pride Thursday night, August 28, and wraps up at home December 6, with the Pitt Panthers travelling to Rentschler.
UCONN MEN'S BASKETBALL UPDATE
The word from UConn today is that sophmore guard Doug Wiggins will resume practicing with the men's basketball team late Thursday afternoon. But Wiggins and teammate Jerome Dyson are both still indefinitely suspended from game competition by head coach Jim Calhoun.
